Fighting The Flab

I keep promising to blog more, and never these days seem to have the chance as real life keeps me bobbing and weaving around certain delicate issues. Soon, I will be able to share a lot more information here about what is going on and how I am doing.

Firstly, I have started seeing a wonderful girl, and things are going amazingly. She certainly dominates my thoughts whilst awake and my dreams whilst asleep. Her name is Kerry.
