The Video below is a first attempt. It was recorded at The Vitality Show 2009 in Earls Court Hall 2. Its one of the first pieces I have ever had to do and was nerve racking!!! However, it could be worse. In it I discuss how The Diet Plate works and my weight loss.
Many thanks to Developmedia (Ian and Kevin) for there very valuable time and assistance in shooting this film and putting it together.
