Well, we have just returned from a family break in Wales. It was great to spend some time with the children and I think even the teenagers enjoyed themselves! This was very much the theme tune for the week with everyone in the fun bus dancing away to it on the many hours...

One of my favourite Dance tracks....

Just happens to feature in 50 Shades Freed... but should not hold that against it... lol

.

Late, but worth the wait... a classic dance track reworked... not quite as good as the original, but still a great tune!!

Well, no apologies for this tune... still in my opinion one of the best dance/trance tunes around... it certainly was refreshing when it was released and turned me onto more trance type tracks...
In fact, this monday have a second one for free, one of the most sensual pieces of classical music I have ever heard arranged very well by William Orbit and made famous by that film.... lol

ENJOY!!

I really like Ed's songs, I just wish he would cheer up a bit lol...

Love this tune..... First time I have seen the video, its certainly different to what I expected..

After watching "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" last night, and hearing this performed by How to Destroy Angels, I just had to list it on Music Monday....
Mind you being a hug fan of NIN and Trent Reznor, I suppose I was always going to like this...
No apologies at all for this choice... I love it!!

Hmmmm..... following on from last week, today's Music Monday is one of my all time favourites... It instantly takes me back to a time of fast cars, sitting in the woods around a fire listening to guitars, endless days (and nights) of a summer, old friends, those still with us and those that have passed on... A time when nothing else matters....

Now if you are about the same age as myself.... (Obviously very young) then certain bands and songs will probably strike a cord with you... When I was at senior school and college, it was bands like Jesus Jones, Roxette, INXS, Metallica, Nine Inch Nails etc... Certain songs by these groups can whisk me off into a dream like state of memories of long summers, first kisses, parties and lots of other things that would incriminate others and myself if I wrote them here... One such song is Joyride by Roxette...Enjoy!!

PLEASE NOTE: I struggle with HTML Coding at the best of times, but lucky for me I have competent friends that can fix it... I am such a special case...

Sad I know, but I love this upbeat pop tune.... heeeheeeee.....
Guilty Pleasure!!!

It has been a while since I posted one of these.... However, Kerry loves this tune, and it has to be said I have heard a lot worse.

Thanks for a great weekend Kerry... I love you. xxx

I went to Erotica at Olympia this weekend with Kerry, Kellie and Dan (0ddness). We all had a great time and started talking (as we 4 do at times) about films. It turned out that Kerry had not seen Moulin Rouge. Well last night we sat down and watched the film. So today's Music Monday is inspired by it....

'

'Your Song' it just happens to be the song that reminds me of Albert as well... 22 weeks today!!

Well, what to pick for todays Music Monday post? We went out on Saturday (The Usual Suspects) and had a laugh, some fine food and a lot of alcohol... The excuse reason for going out was to see FTL a local band which just happens to have family in it playing... so In honour of them, here is FTL... (It couldnt be anything else really?)

OK, pure indulgence today... I love this track from Reservoir of Dogs... No apologies.... just don't ask the mind set that took me from "we need to talk about Kevin" to pulp fiction to reservoir of dogs... but I am sure Dan of 0ddness will explain...
Oh and by the way, save your money and don't go watch "We need to talk about Kevin" its crap.

OK OK OK So I am a day late... sue me lol...

Anyhow, this song I heard last night whilst being cuddled up on the sofa eating fish and chips with Kerry. It is a song I love. So, for no other reason, other than a complete personal indulgence..

I give you Prince and Purple Rain.

Love this tune, was talking about it last night with Kerry, she loves it too... so this one is for you my darling :o)

I'm not a great Peter Gabriel fan, in fact I kind of avoid his music. That being said, this song really resonated with me, it made me realise a lot of things, and made me think of someone very special. Kerry, I love you, thank you for a wonderful weekend. :o) xxx

I thought of this tune after spinning my car on the way home... amazing where inspiration comes from...

Hope you enjoy it.

Love this tune, its quite old now, about 2 years I think, still love it when it comes on.

This is a top tune by Cheryl Cole, and at the moment is quite relevant in my life as well :o) Some things you have to fight for.
