Hello......... Well today is the 21st, and as such is weigh in day, I am slightly nervous as I have been to a few meals out with work..... Still that being said......... I have been good, although have not trained a lot.
Last week I weighed 300lbs, this week I weigh 298lbs :)
2lbs is the recomended weight loss per week, so Ia m happy with that especially as I know I could not stick to it for a few meals and have not trained....
All in all I am pleased :)
