Fighting The Flab

Hello folks, once again apologies for the break in communications... I am doing my best but real life has other plans for me at the moment...

A brief recap of where I have been and what I have been up to.

After the day trip to London, I was back home for a couple of days before rushing off back to London for the exciting 2 days of TMF&A (Technology for Marketing and Advertising). Doesnt sound exciting but it was vibrant and alive, with Google experts and internet "Guru's" giving there advice. Normally free of charge. I loved my time there although it left me even more drained and tired. I forgot what commuting across our lovely capital was like.


The tubes were jammed packed on the trip, it still amazes me that this is how people travel. I am sure animal rights people would be up in arms if we jammed animals in that close... However that being said, it did give me a chance to people watch. Most turn inwards on the train, reading, listening to music, maybe drafting some emails or other on there smart phones or PDA's. Some look around, few make eye contact, even fewer smile. I try and smile at people who make eye contact some look shocked, others smile back but most just look away, they probably think I am some kind of simple person...

Oh well...

This week coming I am off on my travels again, Tomorrow Nottingham, Wednesday and Thursday in the office. Friday I should be back in London again.

I sometimes feel like I will meet myself coming back on the M1 at some points...

OK, that being said I am going to post again in a few minutes after getting off the phone from SKY... be warned this one is going to be a rant.
