Fighting The Flab

I know its not Monday.... However, I have been working away from home and did not get a chance to blog whilst away, hence the large gaps...

Anyhow, I am back once again (well have been since last Sunday) and finally have some time to sit down and write... So, here is a tune that I love, and to be fair the whole 90's music scene (and early 00's) has been playing a lot in my van and inspired a rather sudden night out on the town last night, which ended very very VERY messy.... got to love it!!!
